Where we ship

Right now, IHeartMyDoodle ships within the United States only. We don't currently offer international shipping, but we'll update this page if that changes.

Processing time

Once you place your order, our team prepares it for shipment. This processing time is included in the total delivery estimate below, not in addition to it.

Shipping time

Most US orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed, including normal processing time. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier conditions, holidays, or other unexpected delays. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your package along the way.

Ordering more than one item?

Your items may sometimes arrive in separate packages. If that happens, don't worry. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Where's my order?

If your order is taking longer than expected or something doesn't look right with the tracking, just email us at support@iheartmydoodle.com and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
