How long does shipping take?
Most US orders arrive within approximately 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed. This includes normal processing time. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We may add additional countries in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a Track your shipment link. You can also visit our Track Order page for help locating your tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet, we'll do our best to help. Once processing or shipping has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
If you'd like to request a return, please contact us within the return period listed on our Returns page. Items must meet the eligibility requirements outlined there.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and help with the next steps.
