We want you and your doodle to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on the next steps.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us first.
